30 minutes on video. You describe where the business feels heaviest, we ask focused questions, and you leave with an honest read on whether AI is a fit for your situation yet — and if so, the workflow worth looking at first. If we're not the right partner, we'll tell you on the call.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No prep required. If you've already worked through our checklist, bring it — it speeds things up. Otherwise, just come ready to talk about the parts of the business that take more time than they should.
Who's on the call from your side?
A senior Axivaris consultant — the same person who would scope and lead the engagement if we work together. Not an SDR, not an account executive, not someone reading from a script.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
It's free. No catch, no card, no upsell at the end of the call. We do this because the conversation is the best way for both sides to figure out if there's a fit — faster than a proposal back-and-forth and far less expensive than a bad engagement.
